Dynamic roll over yes.  Pilot forgetting he had an external load on the hook highly unlikely.  That is all Kmax Pilots do, flying external ops.  I hear Kmax's are a handful in the wind.  Maybe the quartering gusty winds had some play.  Rotex has had tough luck as of late.  Second kmax crash is last 3 years but they keep buying replacements.
