Pilots like you are key perpetrators. I do need you to stay in your lane. I'll offer a counterpoint, a manager must not meddle in pilot affairs. Must not get into the particulars of how they do their job professionally, only whether they meet the business standards. We tried that and stepped on our own phallus. We tried to set the rate of descent limit on approach, and we became the laughing stock of the inustry.
The machine runs smoothly with each element doing their own respective job. |
