maybe True but based on recent increases in the industry for those that prefer helicopter ops, but the incentive to grow and maintain Pilot population. it's a long term play for bean counters. I don't think many will jump ship over $15k In the short term, but it may influence the long term commitment and morale of many that may not be willing to do more than bare minimum, which if you ask most Pilots, they have already settled in to just collecting pay check. |
