When I bought the insurance, the salesman suggested buying 2 policies. I was looking for $500k. I bought $250k for 30 years and $250k for 15 years (when kids would be out of the house). Once kids are gone, wife wouldn't need as much. This cut my premium down quite a bit rather than buying $500k for 30 years. I am former military and used Navy Mutual Aid Association. |
