Take it as a chance to educate them.  If its an ER tech that is working a portable/mobile right at the door of the helipad, then a simple conversation after you shut down can take care of that.  If its down at the security desk buried deep in the hospital then there is a little more effort involved but most of these folks just dont know any better.  No one has told them what to do or not to do so they just go with whatever they got, cant blame them for not knowing something that was never taught to them.  


Some places the hospital put together guideline (without the help of an aviation rep) on the helipads procedures and they will say they want them to coordinate the landings because hospitals just love written procedures, that more effort but even then talking to person holding the radio can clear things up.
