I wouldn't give it a second thought. I sure as hell wouldn't go talking to anybody about. If you're that worked up, talk to your lead or area manager about it. The only place I have ever landed that had aviation freq's was Vanderbilt in Nashville and you were required to get cleared to land and take off. Maybe they were overstepping but if you wanted to continue bringing patients there, you played by their rules.
