Papillon now requiring 1500 hours + time on type?  

There are no more new pilots coming from the schools. There will be a huge shortage soon.  No one wants these jobs cause googling the pay they do not want to spend 100 thousand bucks for a job that pays 80 thousand. 

Companies have been sticking to bonuses, if they changed pay they cant back out ever.

Very large tout company Maverick  lost their airlines, henderson cheap flight business, now their Las Vegas spot only has half the pilots they need. They were one the highest paid but now seems the low time companies seeing NO MORE LOW time pilots.
