End pay incentives for area managers for   

I am starting to see a pattern at my company where pilot and non-pilot area managers are compromising safety to keep up in service time and flight volume because their pay is tied into it. This creates pressure to fly and or pressure to fly unairworthy aircraft. There are more than a few area managers that don't care what you do to stay in service and get the flight. I'm sure there isn't a single pilot on here that would ever succumb to such a thing but there are pilots that might, and it's dangerous. 

End financially incentivizing flight volume and in service time pay for anybody involved in operations.
