if you start flight training when you're 18. You'll have 200+ hours and your CFI/II within two years. You'll fly 800-1000 hours a year instructing at a busy flight school. You'll then fly 800+ hours a year flying tours/ENG/entry level utility/whatever in your first turbine job post flight school.
