LETS take the money out of desparation....AMC holds the cards and with the BK they hold your pay now...You don't think they knew you would take the breadcrumps they gave you....COME ON BRO.....it is a take it or leave it....4% over 7yrs sux....most of the other things operators already offer with OT over 12yrs and NON-Aviation OT etc.....Hell as a Lead, I get paid 2hrs OT when doing my 15min conf. calls every week for my region.....AMC threw you breadcrumbs and said "take it or nothing"....UNION is desparate...they had 1.5yrs to get this in order....
