4% Annual Base Pay Raises

Company was already giving you the equivilent, withtout a contract!

7 year term starting August 5, 2022through 2029. Since we are over a year into this contract already, there will be approximately only 5.5 years remaining on this contract before we start negotiating again.

Where's that in writing?   Term is usually from date of signing.  But, since we don't have the TA to read, and only limited time to vote, seems like this is a magic trick/slight of hand.

Pay Scale placed into the contract. Pilots will be placed in the scale based on their current rate of pay plus a placement raise depending on your assigned "step." No one will lose money!

Same dude who told us he removed it last time becasue we don't need it, suddenly is boasting a pay scale as a win?  Hypocrite!

Overtime Pay for ALL hours worked over 12 hours.

But, you didn't fix the duty-ready pay issue that some pilots get but not all pilots (disparity among the pilot group), which was the real issue!

Minimum Recurrent Training Pay increased from 8 hours to 10 hours, at 1.5x.

Only on day's off (which you said was not mandatory, but now admit it was).   Should be a minimum of 12 hrs (equivilent to a day's pay on a day off, since you gave up a whole day to attend recurrent)

Minimum 2 hours for non-flight related training or assignments, at 1.5x.

Already got this; absolutely nothing new here!

Workover Incentive of a "Minimum" of $250 per shift for the duration of the contract.

Reward the doers!  That's what the company has been doing without the union!  Hardly a "union" win here!

Workover removal (2 week) protection

<span>Schedule Change protections (no more than one-time per year, including shift change times)

Language to support that recurrent training is not required only on your off-weeks.

See above!  You just admitted here that your telling us it wasn't mandatory was false all along!

ACCRA protection for base relocations within 50NM. If your base is relocated you continue to receive ACCRA from the previous location.

Works both ways here.  Devil's in the details!  A base moving to a higher ACCRA will keep it's old ACCRA.  Oh, dang!

A ratification bonus of up to $10,000 ($5,000 within 45 days of ratification, $5,000 on the one anniversary of ratification.)

So, it's really only a $5,000 ratification bonus.   And, a retention bonus in a year.   But, it definately sounds better the way you say it!

One-time $15,000 Retention Bonus included in the contract for this year (November 1st, paid out November 10th).

That's taking credit for past history!   Lame!   And, does that mean if we don't ratify it, the Union gave it away for us?

No changes to Vacation accruals and the cap remains, however, the 75% base staffing rule now includes Pool Pilots for the purposes of approving vacation at your base.

This isn't a benefit!  This actually hurts pool pilot's ability to take time off!

Protection against being required to use Off-Duty Housing.

Like with mandatory off-duty recurrent training, this is only telling us you were fibbing before!   If the company provides off-duty facilities, and you dont' take it, you are still ON YOUR OWN!

Clarifying Relief Pilot language.

Nice bullet, but no details here!   Clarifying in what way?  Again, lame!

Day-Basing protections.

Ditto!

Increases to Relocation Entitlements (Daily Rate).

Moving travel?   Not sure what this bullet means other than you needed something to make the list look better!  What, keeping up with per diem rates?

Increases to Supplemental Pay: Senior Lead Pilot Pay (2 or more bases- $5000 + $500 per base), Lead Pilot Pay ($5000), IFR ($3,000), and ATP ($750).

With all the middle management cuts coming, this is not likely a very good deal for the amount of extra work that will be required!
