Yes its 3% annually. Retention bonus is paid out after 3 years. Unless you leave after year one or two then it's prorated basically.
There is ongoing discussion about annual increases and possibly paying out the retention bonus annually rather than after year 3. Nothing solid yet but work does continue. |
