That's true. The leasing co. pays $50 per diem and $100 retention bonus each day on duty. That's not bad for sure. Purple pays $50 per diem only but our base is higher plus our 6% 401k matching is the highest in the sector. Yellow & black will never climb out from their poor 3% 401k contri. |
