that you will get the job...interview 1st and then decide if they offer it to you....Honestly, they usually don't hire 1st round people....its those that have been passed up 2-3x they hire...they want to see you continue to apply then that is your eagerness....I know sounds goofy and dumb but that is what the Chief Pilot tells most...."keep applying and we then see your eagerness to work for us"......and yes BTW I work for them.....Pay isn't that great but they are working on that... |
