Well if you are with a crappy company you are....I get 2 weeks a year and almost 3 weeks of Sick time...Medical, dental and 401k match up to 8% (sorry PHI you get 3%...LOL).....and my salary with experience is $125k with the Geo Mod...and my OT is always there...and its 7/7 so i disappear for 7 days.... Are you saying Utility is better???? Been there done that and you will be treated like Crap since most of Seasonal jobs and NO Benefits....pay is MEH...with EMS if I fly, great, if I don't (7 days in a row of not flying) I still get paid... |
