What do you call an FO or Captain at the bottom side of the seniority list?

The pilot might actually be in the upper part of the seniority list, but still be a JUNIOR at his base or in his aircraft! I can be a senior FO, who didn't bid on an upgrade so I'm at the senior side of my bid list, just to avoid being a junior on another list.

Seniority allows you to bid, it doesn't determine if you are senior or junior!

And, now you have a better understanding of things you actually know little about!
