trying to figure out the big pedal Input that started the yaw rate, unless perhaps the iPad became lodged in the pedals, and the command pilot made a pedal input in an attempt to dislodge it, only further causing a greater stuck pedal situation and one that couldn't be reversed. Sad that is what brought the machine down. |
