AMC is a constant challange. Sh*t rolls downhill and company fights the union at every step letting pilots know what is thought of them. Pay is average. Renconditioned like new helmet and boots supplied. Metro is 'BIG BROTHER' on steroids. You are recorded all the time and will get calls for making a turns to avoids birds enroute to patient. Currently lowest pay (I know money don't matter). Choice of new helmet at 50% off retail. MTC let's you do your job for the most part, but will issue you a 20 year old helmet with a disgusting skanky used liner, (you will be berated if you ask for cleaner helmet). However they currently offer the best pay. (Just bring your own helmet and boots). |
