New HAA bases in Utah  

Why would air methods plunk down next to someone and compete again? Slow learning curve. They're up against long standing programs that have chewed up and spit out a few others in the last decade. Classic and Life Flight are under the same roof and the U is great but closing a base from saturation. Trying to pick up scraps and trying to make it work is desperate scavenger bottom feeder behavior. 
Is this a long con to lure new hires to a decent location then ship them to staff the awful bases when they close Utah in a year? That wouldn't surprise me.
