Cameras and voice recorders  

Some of that from Metro is alright.. but the bank in excess of 30 degrees, or vsi rates of descents, and on and on are honestly doing more bad than good.  I don't my pilot (for the sake of their job or getting yelled at) focusing more of their attention on a dumb bank angle during a night nvg mountain scene call, or on their varying vsi display that's often not accurate on an approach, rather than focusing on their more important things like hitting obstacles, other aircraft, changing wind directions on landing etc etc etc.  Again.. SOME of these tattle tell always being watched things are ok, but MOST of the items have the opposite effect on safety.  I'm not a huge fan
