AMC will terminate pilots at a medical persons whim. Union will NOT support the pilots and neither will the aviatin managers.

Not so. Formerly, I represented many pilots for Local 109, mostly "successful". The success is in quotes because once management learned that they must follow the contract procedures, they did so.

Even with contract protection, there are specific grounds for immediate termination. If those requirments are met, the pilot will not return to the position.
