I'll second that HAVERFIELD was never a good company to work for. They would act like you were trying to screw them by not flying due to weather. I think upper manahement werent Good people. If you think about the number of deaths riding on their shoulders due to pushing pilots behind the scenes, it's disgusting. Maintenance was absolutley terrible. Terrible safety culture. I doubt it has changed. |
