The only thing that may be different is that the CA's are organizing under a different class/craft. i don't know if that matters at all but could be an argument against. And the fact that they have been considered some sort of management types, but we all know they really were'nt any type of management that mattered. Personally, I think they should get full senority. We've acquired so many companies and have given pilots senority as if they worked for AMC the whole time in which they didn't. I was totally against it but it is what it is. At lease the CA's have actually been working with AMC. |
