If the Check Airman organize, can/will they get DOH bidding seniority intergrating into the seniority list one-for-one? IOWs, suppose they want to bid for an open position, will their bidding seniority be based on their DOH, since they are ACTUAL employees for the company during the time they were Check Airman? What about Check Airman who have worked for the company since, say, oh, 6/6/11; will they get seniority for all that time, or will they be entering the seniority list as a NEW HIRE? What about all those pilots who voluntarily the company to work elsewhere and came back, not as a buyout or merget? Do they get to keep their seniority as if they never left?
Curious minds really want to know! |
