You said your base was five over mine. I'm at 86. Hopefully my experience bonus of 6 won't go away? Been wondering. We will see Friday. I was hired at 70 something so the raise was a big bump Almost 16%. I wouldn't say you are getting screwed over but the start pay before this was very low without AACRA and the experience bonus. 85 after 14 years is terrible. They could have just raised the staring pay and screwed everybody over but they didn't. That's what's happened to me in the past and what usually happens. They're trying to stop people from leaving. We will get 15 large next nov if we stick around. Better than a sharp stick in the eye.
