The blatant hostility towards the oil/gas industry coming from the marxists in the Dementia Joe administration is certainly slowing any potential for a major rebound. Oil and gas companies aren't going to invest billions $$ when permitting and over regulation by government entities is so draconian. On the campaign trail, Old Joe threatened time and time again to arrest oil company CEO's and said he was going to phase out fossil fuels.
