Company could have came back and said we will give yoh 8%, 10%, even 3.25% for that matter and put the blame back on the union for no raise. But, they didn't and the union outplayed these guys once again. The union should not accept anything until a final contract is ready to be voted on. Let them squirm and feel the repurcussions screwing over tenured and loyal emloyees. Nothing less than 12% now! Nice work boys.
