better to pay to have a pool pilot out there, for 7 days and pay for Hotel/Per Diem/Car rental instead of having a base OOS wouldn't you say...the reason they are out there is because NO ONE picked up the hitch for a week or longer....cheaper than loosing flights unless you have some other Magical Mathematical explanation....plus Pools don't get paid any different than what a regular Line Pilot filling in and traveling on their time off get the same...OT/Hotel/Per Diem/Car rental... yeah you get OT for travling BUT you also loose 2 days off as well on your sched...Who would do it if you had to travel on your time off and not get exfra for it moron.....
