Most operators I know don’t care mush about ATP and time. A good attitude and flexibility go much further.
Start looking at operators with Hawks and fire contracts with a bucket. It will help if they have light machines as well. Do some second seat time and get any minute you can from the PIC.

Keep in mind utility is much more relaxed then most of the things you have experience in.
