had to worry about getting our OTHER Half owed to us anyway...when we got hired we were told 6%....it is in a employment contract...then the company comes back and say "well we are going to pay 3% now, and IF WE MAKE OUR REVENUE GOAL, we aill pay the other 3%".......its BS...dance like a puppet on a string....but god forbid you hold them accountable, they hold the purse strings... |
