As the above poster has said, Metro has done a complete overhaul of their vacation policy and I personally have never needed 5 days on the old policy I always ended with selling some back. There is always someone willing to trade, so you trade 2 days with someone, take your 5 days and then blam! 3 Weeks off, oh it's so rough! |
