The pay stinks. It's 2021 and Metro pays like its 1995. Too many people don't understand that Metro makes a crap-load of money and the management team makes a lot of money for basically forming a poor relationship with the FAA. The President is the son of the owner and is about as bright as a 20 cent light bulb. A complete buffoon and has nothing to do with the success this company has attained. 5 days vacation and an average medical bnefits to employees. On top of that Pilots are micro-managed to the nth degree, thus the constant job openings. Up to 15 job openings a week!
