industry which means certain things need to be done differently. too dangerous to stay open. pilots and clinicians will not be able to perform their duties competently under these circumstances. losing ones job is one of the most stressful things that can happen in a person's lifetime. they are always offered severance or a different location. you haven't thought through any of this and I don't expect you ever would because you're a moron.
