local EIEIO union rep trying to read the 8th grade language in the CBA and understand it. Oh wait my mistake, that’s lining the bottom of the birdcage now. Couple of definitions below.

1. MOU. = Not a signed purchase agreement

2. “Expects to sell” = not a signed purchase agreement

3. Potential purchase = not a signed purchase agreement
