I wouldn't worry about it, just state your disabilities on the medexpress form. Non of my AME's have ever even brought up my VA disabilities.
BUTTTTTT
IF you are getting disabilty for something related to mental health or sleep problems, then you're royally screwed since the VA shares medical info with the FAA. I guess because our privacy and HIPA doesn't apply to big brother.
