Check this out https://www.liveatc.net/hlisten.php?mount=kwhp1_gnd_twr&icao=kwhp If you go there and listen....the squelch is open and noisy. That's what broadband ethernet does to 125MHZ on your radios. Aparrently KWPH in Los Angeles is open squelch too....along with everyone else on that freq I imagine.
