Just kidding.

Now that I have your attention.

I need to know what ATC towers are using 125.000Mhz

I know KARA in New Iberia, La is using that as a tower freq but I need a list of all towers across the country that may be using that.

Not 125.725

or one you know using 125.225.

I need 125.000Mhz only.

It's for a gigabit ethernet base data transfer speed factor interference problem I'm working on.

My guess is most Towers have switched away from this freq as it has probably become problematic since computers and servers have become mainstream in airports and terminals.

And 125.000Mhz, I'm finding seems to be highly susceptible to EMI from broadband ethernet.

Check this out

https://www.liveatc.net/hlisten.php?mount=kwhp1_gnd_twr&icao=kwhp

If you go there and listen....the squelch is open and noisy.

That's what broadband ethernet does to 125MHZ on your radios.

Aparrently KWPH in Los Angeles is open squelch too....along with everyone else on that freq I imagine.

And before you say,

"But hey genius how is ethernet on the ground going to interfere with my radio in the air?"

TO that I'll say,

If you have IRIS installed and a Camera watching you flip them switches then you have Ethernet all around you, in your harnesses and in your cockpit behind your radios....

When you post a link put your mouse cursor at the end of the line (behind the kwhp in this case) and press enter on your keyboard, to make it blue and a link. You need to do this twice, once when you paste it in and again after you press update.
