They do not value loyalty or Seniority.


Will lie about pay raises, and even hire new pilots at higher salaries than other long time pilots.


Benefits suck and no matching 401K.


Never had an issue with weather turn downs, but the Floats make 10 to 20K less than the Hospital Program Pilots, even though you will be filling in at those bases.


Lots of turnover in the last 12 months.
