The RFM for the AS365 allows you to start with 55kts within 20 degrees off the nose. I've completed rescues offshore with over 50kts of winds and 25' seas while in the Coast Guard and have recently completed hospital transfers/rooftop landings in 45kts of wind. Like others have mentioned, use the limits outlined in the RFM, GOM, and your personal limits before getting yourself in over your head.
