Actually this salary survey is amazing. In 1998 I was offered employment with AMC as a SPIFR in a B412 for $32,000. We flew our asses off every day/night with no bonus time and 1/2 after extended 12 hours of duty or even extra $ for workovers, and we attended saftey meetings while off duty at no extra pay too. So, we have come a long way since then, except for us 20+ year veteran HAA pilots who are now only making just a few thousand $ more than our new hires!! |
