"Sign on" aren't what they mean and have strings attached...Stay away from PHI...$100K sign on?  yeah ok, it is paid out over 5yrs, and you wont' get a raise during that time....you leave and watch the bill they send you ...GMR will send you yours right after your check ride which is nice,,,and at 3yrs you will get your $40k paid out to you in full....just depends where you want to live and put up with...same job just different Flightsuit...don't let anyone tell you different who is better and who isn't...same job bro...
