Hey, currently at AMC and can’t get closer to home because every position gets filled by guys with more seniority. Ive put in 5 internal employee applications and never even got an interview or call turning me down. So I figure I can collect a pay rise, sign on bonus and maybe even the referral if I jump ship and make a bunch extra money somewhere else for a year.

What do your company’s numbers currently look like for bonuses?
