that is for sure...the pilots over there are so lost in how they get paid and what amount that they post on here and FB...the Games that company plays with underpaying you and then seeing if you notice and have to file paperwork to get paid...Make it complicated and people won't bother to ask..THOUGH i did hear that GMR was aligning all their pay to ONE pay amongst all the companies they own, so Reach, MTC, Guardian AEL etc are all aligned to be the same...Big Pay Raise coming...
