Honestly the military is drying up as a source of new pilots and I hope the industry is paying attention. Fewer pilots being trained in general and even the pilots who are trained are leaving with less flight time since they’re competing with automation and drones. Companies better start branching out to flight schools of push to allow financial aid for training because it’s only going to get worse for hiring managers.
