Got into HAA at $72 back in 2019. Guys that had been there for 5 years before me felt cheated we got hired at more than $10K than them. So $195K means you're a slave to the OT and you're probably in an IFR program (i.e., live in the northern half of US where cost of living is higher so you have larger COLA. |
