Hey, currently at AMC and can’t get closer to home because every position gets filled by guys with more seniority. Ive put in 5 internal employee applications and never even got an interview or call turning me down. So I figure I can collect a pay rise, sign on bonus and maybe even the referral if I jump ship and make a bunch extra money somewhere else for a year. What do your company’s numbers currently look like for bonuses? |

Well I figured all those filled positions are closed for a year -so I might as well jump ship for 12 months and collect a couple bonuses while I’m at it. If I can’t be home anyway it doesn’t really matter where I’m working, right? Maybe even a pool position to cover my travel and food too. |

"Sign on" aren't what they mean and have strings attached...Stay away from PHI...$100K sign on? yeah ok, it is paid out over 5yrs, and you wont' get a raise during that time....you leave and watch the bill they send you ...GMR will send you yours right after your check ride which is nice,,,and at 3yrs you will get your $40k paid out to you in full....just depends where you want to live and put up with...same job just different Flightsuit...don't let anyone tell you different who is better and who isn't...same job bro... |

GMR gives a $10k referral bonus, $15k sign on bonus paid after you complete your check-ride, a $40k 3-year retention bonus that starts after 6 months and then following that a $50k bonus for the next 3 years. They've also pushed the workover incentive to $600 per additional shift and if you work a holiday it'll go to $750. |

PHI is paying out $35-40k for a referral, depending on if they're hurting for bodies or not. If you put me down as your referral I'll split whatever I take home with you. Make some extra $ on top of your signing bonus, win win. phipilotaz@gmail.com if you want any info about jobs/bases, etc... |

GMR is giving a $10K referral bonus...you apply to any GMR entity, feel free to put me down as your referral and I'll be happy to split it with you 50/50 after taxes. It's paid half at hiring and half after 6 months. |
