New online system for PTO has increased Med Crew rate by 11.3 hours and reduced pilots accrual by 8.5 hours per year. Anyone else notice this? |

Bro. Read it again. You ACTUALLY now accrue PTO on any OT you do now. And don’t max out. For every hour on your PTO you accrue more OT. Read it again |

So a guy just working his regular shift with no OT will earn less PTO this year over lash year. When does GMR pay OT? Do they pay OT for travel or training days? |

that you, mr. pilot, when you work OT somewhere, you are earning PTO hours now. In the past, whenever you worked OT somewhere, you did not accrue PTO time for the OT days/hours. Now you do. So yeah if you are maxed out on PTO hours as a Pilot, and have no life and haven't taken any PTO, you will and can accrue above more Hours while working OT. So you can still bank more than 2 or 3 weeks depending how long you have been there...you don't loose anything... |

Still maxxed at 240. You can sell as much as you want without limit, but you stop accruing at 240. |

worked there for a short while and was treated very well before moving out of aviation. Highly recommended company. Enjoy it until it collapses under its enormous unsustainable debt pile folks. |

that is for sure...the pilots over there are so lost in how they get paid and what amount that they post on here and FB...the Games that company plays with underpaying you and then seeing if you notice and have to file paperwork to get paid...Make it complicated and people won't bother to ask..THOUGH i did hear that GMR was aligning all their pay to ONE pay amongst all the companies they own, so Reach, MTC, Guardian AEL etc are all aligned to be the same...Big Pay Raise coming... |
