Everyone has a payscale. Just because you haven't seen it doesn't mean they don't have or use one. All pay decisions are based on it. There is a reason you have never seen it. Trust me, I 100% know |

Well, it is not a payscale like PHI, Bristow, AIr Methods, GMR, etc. that's for sure but there is a hiring scale. You can go years and never get a raise at RLC, that's just one of the big reasons why it is a revolving door there and that is why it is not a good place to work. You go there to build hours in order to do something much better somewhere else. |
