Throw your paychecks in a pile and light them.  Same result.

I would suggest aerospace/machinist unions but helicopter mechs preform too many areas of aircraft maintenance to develop any interest from them. It’s all about job security in your area of expertise. 

I would say stay well away from the office workers union. They don’t have the slightest idea of what your job duties encompass. They just want your dues. 

Phi needs a union.  Before the last of the survivors go down the sinkhole vortex of Lake Peigneur.

PHI pilots organized, the mechanics wanted nothing to do with it.  Carol Suggs was a woman of her word when she said, “The day this company goes union, I’ll sell it off”.  And she did, which became the beginning of the end.

that was only 18 years ago lol. you could also say the beginning of the end was 1949, when it was started. PHI is still a very large helicopter company. the hell with the suggs as they were not good employers

And then there those that never worked anywhere else who say phi is a great company. 

I would come out of retirement for that one
