Just curious, it’s an expensive place to live. I saw they have a base in Hawaii now which is even more expensive plus they don’t appear to pay much more than any other ifr outfit |

Yeah, some of their bases have ODH, and yeah that payscale for HI is a joke...they'll find someone cheap to fly that brand new 145 though |

Its some kind of goofy grant-funded operation. LFN will be the aviation provider. Once the grant money dries up it'll fold like every other RW program that's tried on HI |

Yes, many of the bases do have off duty housing. There are 4 or so in the willamette valley that do not have off duty housing, as they’re generally staffed by locals. Coastal bases have off duty housing as do most of the remote (east of the cascades) bases. |
